As part of the last week of Humans Must Answer‘s Kickstarter campaign, Sumom Games’ friends at Curious Panda Games and StudioEvil have offered up their shoot-em-up games as a bundle. This creates a trifecta of space shooting available for just £7/$11. Everyone who pledges said amount (or more) to Humans Must Answer will receive all three games in digital form, along with the added perks of your choosing depending on your pledge amount. The three games, accompanied by trailers and demos, can be found below.
Syder Arcade by StudioEvil (Demo, Windows & Mac)
Syder Arcade is a free scrolling multi directional shoot ‘em up. A love letter to ’90 games for the Amiga and PC. An uncompromised old-school experience, a furious, challenging action game that will bring you back in time, when games were all about skill and perseverance… and also madly swearing at your computer.
Rhythm Destruction by Curious Panda Games (Demo, Windows)
Rhythm Destruction blends classic space shooters with addictive rhythm gameplay. Inspired by the likes of Ikaruga & Gradius and infused with the intensity of addictive rhythm gameplay, it is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Blast your way through 10 thrilling and challenging stages, fueled by the sounds of upbeat electronic music. Build your combo and score while tapping along to the music, shooting down all enemies in your path.
Humans Must Answer by Sumom Games (Beta Demo, Windows)
Humans Must Answer is an explosive horizontal shmup. You play as the pilot on board a Scout ship called The Golden Eagle, which is manned by a crew of intelligent and dangerous chickens. After discovering the Solar System in which we humans reside, they attempt to establish contact but are surprised when the only answer is hostile!
On top of that, Humans Must Answer also has a Limited Edition box version available at £35/$53 (plus shipping fees outside of UK) for just 50 hardcore shmup fans to purchase and treasure forever! This comes with an exclusive artwork upon the sleeve, a quality printed disc and the OST will be providing on the game’s disc as well. All the other rewards will be received digitally. More information is provided in the update on their Kickstarter.
Humans Must Answer currently has 6 days left and has raised £2,925/$4,454 out of the £5,000/$7,614 goal. There is still time to reach said goal, and I hope they make it.
